Overview & B2B Nature
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Servyn AI ERP platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
B2B Service Declaration: Servyn AI is a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS ERP platform. It is designed and intended exclusively for use by businesses, companies, firms, and professionals in their commercial capacity — not by individual consumers for personal use. Accordingly, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 does not apply to subscriptions entered into by business entities or sole proprietors for commercial purposes. By subscribing, you confirm that you are doing so in your capacity as a business or professional, not as an individual consumer.

No-Refund Policy
Servyn AI maintains a strict no-refund policy on all subscription payments:
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current or any previous billing month, regardless of usage
- Annual subscriptions: No partial or full refunds for unused months within the annual billing period
- Add-on features: No refunds once a feature has been activated
- Early cancellation: If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining days.
- Non-use: Not using the platform during your subscription period does not entitle you to a refund
This policy is standard in the SaaS industry and is made possible by the availability of a free 7-day trial — giving you full opportunity to evaluate the platform before any payment.

Exceptions
Servyn AI will consider a refund or credit only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on our side. Full refund of the duplicate charge.
- Service failure: The Platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a failure on Servyn AI's side (not third-party infrastructure failure, force majeure, or your own network). In this case, a pro-rated credit for the downtime period may be offered.
- Unauthorised charge: You can demonstrate that a charge was processed without your authorisation and you report it within 7 days of the charge date.
- Platform discontinuation: Servyn AI discontinues the platform entirely (see Section 8). A pro-rated refund of prepaid fees for the unused period will be issued.
To request an exception, email founder@servynai.in within 7 days of the charge with full supporting details. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Email founder@servynai.in with subject: "Subscription Cancellation — [Your Company Name]"
- Include your registered company name and admin email address
- Servyn AI will confirm the cancellation within 2 business days
- Your access continues until the end of your current paid billing period
- The 30-day data export window begins from the date access ends (not the cancellation request date)
Note: Cancellation requests must come from the registered company admin email. We cannot accept cancellation requests from employee accounts.

What Happens After Cancellation

| Cancellation confirmed | Access continues until end of paid period. No new charges. |
| End of paid period (Day 0) | Account suspended. Data preserved. 30-day export window begins. |
| Day 27 | Reminder email sent: 3 days left to export your data. |
| Day 31 | All company data permanently and irreversibly deleted (except Legal Hold data — see Data Retention Policy S.3). |
After Day 31, no data recovery is possible under any circumstances.
06 —
Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, you will be notified by email immediately
- You have a 7-day grace period to clear the outstanding amount; access continues normally during this period
- If payment is not received within 7 days, your account will be suspended
- If the account remains suspended for more than 30 days due to non-payment, it will be terminated and data deletion will begin
- Reactivation after suspension is possible by clearing the outstanding balance; data will be intact during the suspension period

Trial Accounts
Trial accounts are completely free and require no payment. There is nothing to refund for a trial period.
- At the end of the trial, if you do not convert to a paid subscription, your account becomes inactive
- All trial data will be deleted 7 days after the trial ends, with a 3-day advance warning
- Trial data does not carry over to a paid subscription as a credit or extension

Platform Discontinuation
If Servyn AI decides to discontinue the platform entirely:
- All active subscribers will receive at least 90 days' advance written notice
- A pro-rated refund of any prepaid fees for the period after the discontinuation date will be issued
- A minimum 60-day data export window will be provided
