Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing use of the Servyn AI ERP platform across all access methods — web application, PWA, and Android APK. It exists to protect all customers, their employees, and the integrity of the platform. By using Servyn AI, you agree to comply with this AUP in full. This AUP supplements and should be read together with the Terms of Service.

Who This Applies To
- All company administrators who manage a Servyn AI account
- All employees and field technicians using the platform under a company account
- Any individual accessing the platform during a trial or demo period
- Any third party authorised to access the platform on behalf of a Customer
Company administrators are responsible for ensuring all users under their account comply with this AUP.

Permitted Use
The platform is licensed exclusively for the following purposes within your own organisation:
- Managing service jobs, work orders, and field technician assignments
- Creating and managing invoices, payments, and customer records
- Managing AMC contracts and maintenance schedules
- Managing employee records, attendance, leaves, payroll, and HR functions
- Internal business reporting and analytics for your own organisation
- Communication between admin team and field technicians via platform features

Prohibited Activities
Legal Violations
- Using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates Indian law or applicable international law
- Entering false, fraudulent, or fabricated customer or financial records
- Using the platform to evade tax obligations or misrepresent business transactions
- Storing or transmitting content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Processing personal data without a valid lawful basis under DPDPA 2023
- Collecting or storing Aadhaar numbers without a lawful basis under the Aadhaar Act 2016
Security Violations
- Attempting to access another company's data or admin account without authorisation
- Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform
- Probing or scanning the vulnerability of the platform without prior written consent
- Introducing malware, viruses, trojans, or any harmful code
Misuse of Access
- Sharing login credentials between multiple individuals (each user must have their own account)
- Allowing third parties outside your organisation to access your account without Servyn AI's written permission
- Reselling, sublicensing, or white-labelling access to the platform
- Using the platform to build a competing product or service
Technical Abuse
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to extract data from the platform in bulk
- Generating excessive load on the platform's servers (denial-of-service)
- Manipulating API calls or platform requests in ways not intended by the product design
PWA / APK Specific
- Distributing a modified version of the Servyn AI APK to any third party
- Attempting to bypass offline sync restrictions or access data outside your company's tenant

Data Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data you enter into the platform
- You must ensure you have a valid lawful basis before entering personal data of your employees or customers, including obtaining necessary consent as required by DPDPA 2023
- For Sensitive Personal Data (Aadhaar, PAN, salary, bank details), you must have obtained explicit written consent from the individual before entering their data
- You must not enter personal data of individuals into the platform without a legitimate business purpose
- You are responsible for promptly disabling or removing accounts of employees who leave your organisation
- You must inform your employees that their personal data is processed through the Servyn AI platform and provide them with a copy of this Privacy Policy or equivalent notice

Security Responsibilities
- Keep your admin login credentials confidential — do not share them with anyone
- Use a strong, unique password for your Servyn AI account (minimum 8 characters, mix of letters, numbers, and symbols)
- Log out of the platform on shared or public devices
- Notify Servyn AI immediately at founder@servynai.in if you suspect your account has been compromised
- Ensure all users under your account are aware of and comply with this AUP

PWA / APK Responsibilities
- Keep the Servyn AI APK updated to the latest version when updates are provided
- Do not install the APK on jailbroken or rooted devices — doing so reduces security and Servyn AI is not liable for data breaches resulting from insecure devices
- Ensure devices used to access the platform have a screen lock or PIN enabled
- Log out of the PWA/APK on any device that is lost, stolen, or being transferred to another person
- Do not distribute or share the APK file with individuals outside your organisation

AI & Automated Features
If Servyn AI introduces AI-powered or automated decision-making features in the future:
- You must not use AI-generated outputs (such as automated job assignments or payroll calculations) as the sole basis for decisions that significantly affect individuals without human review
- You remain responsible for any decision made using AI-assisted features of the platform
- Servyn AI will update this AUP and the Privacy Policy before introducing any AI features that process personal data

Reporting Violations
If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — whether by your own users, another company, or any third party — report it immediately:

Consequences of Violation

| Minor / First occurrence | Written warning to company admin with request to remedy |
| Repeated or moderate | Temporary account suspension pending investigation |
| Serious violation | Immediate account termination without refund |
| Illegal activity | Account termination and reporting to relevant Indian law enforcement or regulatory authorities |
Servyn AI's decision in such matters is final. No refund will be issued upon termination for AUP violations.
