Never. No credit card is required to start. When your trial ends, your account pauses. Our team will reach out to ask if you'd like to continue. You are never billed without your explicit confirmation.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice. No lock-in on monthly plans. Your complete data is exported to CSV before cancellation.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Business later?+

Yes. You can upgrade at any time. The difference is prorated for the remaining days of your billing month. All your data carries over with zero disruption.

What happens to my data if I cancel?+

Your complete data — jobs, invoices, employees, clients, inventory — is exported to CSV before cancellation. It's your data. You always have full access to it.

Is there a discount for annual payment?+
