🔗 Sub-Processor: Supabase Inc.

Servyn AI uses Supabase as its database infrastructure provider (hosted on AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai, India). A signed Data Processing Agreement exists between Servyn AI and Supabase Inc. under which Supabase processes your data only on Servyn AI's behalf and instructions.

You do not need to sign the Supabase DPA separately — Servyn AI's DPA above covers this relationship. The Supabase DPA is a B2B contract between Servyn AI and Supabase and is publicly available at supabase.com/legal/dpa for your reference.

Data location: All your data is stored in Mumbai, India (AWS ap-south-1). No data leaves India except as required by Indian law.
