Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to the Servyn AI platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
We encourage all prospective customers to fully evaluate the platform during the free 7-day trial before making a subscription payment. Our trial gives full access to all features without requiring any payment details.

No-Refund Policy
Servyn AI maintains a strict no-refund policy on all subscription payments, including:
- Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for the current or any previous billing month, regardless of usage.
- Annual subscriptions: No refunds, partial or otherwise, for unused months within the annual billing period.
- Add-on features or upgrades: No refunds once the feature has been activated.
- Early cancellation: If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the end of the paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.
This policy is consistent with standard SaaS industry practice in India, where a free trial is offered as the evaluation period before commitment.

Exceptions
We will consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on our side.
- Service failure: If the Platform was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a failure on our end (not due to third-party infrastructure, force majeure, or your own network), we may offer a pro-rated credit for the downtime period.
- Unauthorised charge: If you can demonstrate a charge was processed without your authorisation and you report it within 7 days of the charge.
To request an exception, email founder@servynai.in within 7 days of the charge with supporting details. We will review and respond within 10 business days.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Servyn AI subscription:
- Email founder@servynai.in with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation – [Your Company Name]"
- Include your registered company name and admin email address
- We will confirm the cancellation within 2 business days
- Your access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period
Note: Cancellation requests must come from the registered company admin email. We cannot process cancellation requests from employee accounts.

What Happens After Cancellation
| Timeline | What Happens |
| Day 0 (Cancellation date) | Cancellation confirmed. Access continues until end of paid period. |
| End of billing period | Account is suspended. No new logins allowed. Data is preserved. |
| Days 1–30 post-suspension | Data export window. Email us to request a data export. |
| Day 31 post-suspension | All company data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers. |
We will send reminder notifications at Day 7 and Day 27 of the data export window. After Day 30, data cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
06 —
Failed Payments
- If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you by email.
- You will have 7 days to clear the outstanding payment before your account is suspended.
- During this grace period, access to the platform continues normally.
- If payment is not received within 7 days, the account will be suspended until payment is made.
- If an account remains in a failed payment state for more than 30 days, it will be terminated and data deletion will begin.

Trial Accounts
Trial accounts are free and require no payment. There is nothing to refund for a trial period. At the end of the trial:
- If you do not convert to a paid plan, your account will remain inactive.
- All trial data will be deleted 7 days after the trial ends, with a 3-day advance warning.
- Converting from trial to paid does not entitle you to any portion of the trial period being "credited" toward the subscription.
